Due to some scheduling items we are working through with Prime, we will be moving our 8:45am practice on Thursday and combining it with the 10:05 practice. We will also be moving all of the practices back 10 minutes. The Thursday morning schedule will be as follows:

Our GMST coaches daily apply the pool entry questions to themselves before arriving at the pool. Two GMST coaches recently had yes responses to the questions. Neither coach experienced fever, nor known contact with anyone with covid-19. They both immediately exercised the necessary precautions of isolating themselves…

Good Morning- Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel this mornings practices (Wednesday morning, June 24). All 3 practices will be canceled. We hope to resume practices tonight and will email out if anything changes.
