Tomorrow night, July 6th, is the last home meet this year against Village Green. Warm-ups will begin at 4:30. Please be at the pool by 4:15 and remember to check in. This will be a very close meet with a tough competitor so get ready to cheer each other on!

Parents,

There will be no 10&under practice today, Friday, 6/30, due to weather. It is raining too hard to see the bottom at the moment, and that is a big concern with the little ones. We will have a Fun Monday next…

A few weeks ago we sent out a Flickr account with some pictures. I believe that link may not have worked for everyone. Mike Moore was kind enough to take even more pictures from some other meets, and load them onto a DropBox which hopefully will work better for people…

Last night was a really fun night and a great swim meet! Even though we lost the meet, we put up a good fight and had some exciting swims. Everyone looked great, and we even had some first time swimmers competing! Great job Green Meadow! Extra shout out to all…

Thank you to everyone who volunteered for KRC meet tonight. Everything went so smoothly largely in part to having almost all the positions filled prior to the meet.

Great swimming last night against Concord Hills- we won 415 to 316! Thank you to everyone who stuck it out amidst less than ideal weather conditions. We know it wasn't fun to sit in the rain and mud, so thank you for staying!

Last nights meet showed us…

We're planning a small Fun Friday Surprise tomorrow for the kids-- Olympic Gold Medalist (and former GMST swimmer) Claire Donahue will be visiting the team tomorrow morning! We're gearing up for our 2nd meet tonight against Concord Hills. This is an AWAY meet.

I need 3 more stroke and turn judges for tomorrow night and scorekeepers. Please let me know if any of my certified stroke and turn judges can do this. Pete is the only one signed up so far. Also, I need scorekeepers.

Thanks,

Ashli

Remember to sign up for the Concord Hills meet by tonight! Please email us or sign up on the bulletin board if you can't get the registration to work online- over communicating your attendance is better for us than getting any surprises!

We also still need parent volunteers…
