Week #6 was an eventful week with our warm-ups over at Gulf Park and the subsequent downpour that postponed our meet.  We will now swim Gulf Park on July 19th at Gulf Park at 5:30.  Please be ready for warm-ups at 4:45.  This week will be fast and furious with our first Tuesday meet of the season.  Obviously, we have to cram a lot of things in before our meet and we need your assistance with registering for the meet.  Since we only have a few weeks left in the season we need to bare down and fine tune things in preparation for the City Championship meet.

This Tuesday (July 12th) we will swim the Knoxville Racquet Club at their pool at 5:30.  They are located at 5535 Lonas Dr, Knoxville, TN 37909.  KRC is the reigning City Champions and this will be our toughest meet of the season and we need everyone to be there ready to swim.  Warm-ups will be at 4:45.  Please check the board at the pool for the list of swimmers that have already let us know their intentions for the meet.  On-line sign-ups have ended and you must see a coach if your name is not on the list.
