Meet signups have been closed for the meet against Concord Hills at home, and we did it - 160 swimmers! (In order to pie coach 150 have to show up to the meet tomorrow!) We are so excited to have all of you there tomorrow to go for the win!

A few announcements regarding the meet...

Team pictures are this Thursday, June 18th! The meet starts at 5:30. We have team pictures prior to the meet, with individual pictures starting at 3:30 for anyone who would like to have those taken. The Team picture will be at 4:00. Please have all swimmers at the pool by 3:45 so that they can be checked in, all of your things can be set up, and they are ready to swim in warm ups immediately following the team picture. Warm-ups will begin at 4:30.

If your child is 6 or under we ask that they do not participate in warmups to ensure that things run smoothly and efficiently. There will not be any coaches in the water to help swimmers in warmups.

The meet theme for tomorrow is HAWAIIAN!!! Wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt, a grass skirt, and all heat winners will get a lei!

Swimmers may not have the exact events that they registered for online. We do our best to honor requests, but coaches ultimately decide and place swimmers into events that are best for the team as a whole. Thanks for your understanding!

Swimmer Check-in: All swimmers must check in before warmups. There will be two check-in tents outside the pool for check-in. We ask that all 10 & Under swimmers have their name and their ages written in Sharpie on their backs so it is easier for tent parents to line them up for their races. We will have an area set up for swimmers to look at their events and Sharpies available for name writing.

Workers/Volunteer Meeting: Volunteers who have signed up to work the meet need to be at the pool at 5:00 for a workers meeting. If you are a second shift volunteer, you still need to be at the meeting at 5:00! We have TWO more volunteer positions we need to be filled - a second shift timer and a tent parent. Please reach out if you are able to help out in that way, we need all of you and we appreciate all you do!
