Hi everyone & apologies for an evening message!

Tomorrow evening is our Green and White Meet and we can't wait to kick off the 2026 season! We are so proud of all the hard work our swimmers have put in so far this season. 

Here are a few things to note about the meet tomorrow: 

1. The meet starts at 5:30pm tomorrow, so we will warm up at 4:45pm! Swimmers should arrive at 4:15 pm to get checked in. 10&U will go first for warmups, followed by 11&ups. If your swimmer is a 6&Under we kindly ask that they do not participate in warm ups to ensure that things run smoothly. There won't be any coaches in the water during warm ups. This meet runs faster than a normal dual meet, estimated to end by 8pm. 

2. Worker meeting: Volunteers that have signed up to work the meet need to be at the pool by 5pm for a workers meeting. A HUGE thank you to YOU parents for volunteering and filling every volunteer spot! We can't do this without your help! 

3. Swimmer Check-in: All swimmers must check in before warmups, there will be two check in tents outside the pool for check in. We ask that all 10 & Under swimmers have their name and their age written in sharpie on their back so it is easier for tent parents to line them up for their races. We will have an area set up for swimmers to look at their events and sharpies available for name writing.

4. Pool deck: There is very limited space on the deck so we ask that swimmers sit under the pavilion and parents outside the fences. Parents can make their way to our designated viewing area by the diving well to watch their swimmer or by the lifeguard stand on the other side, but must return after their event is done. Parents that have little swimmers can have their swimmers sit with them but it is their responsibility to send their kids to the clerk of course. All swimmers must stay off the golf course.
