Happy Friday! We have the last week of our season coming up next week, and wanted to share some reminders and information leading into the weekend. 

Our practice schedule for next week is as follows:

• Monday- Normal morning and evening practice
• Tuesday- Morning only--swim meet at night
• Wednesday- Morning only
• Thursday- Morning only-- Last day of practice and Banquet in the evening

Sugarwood Meet: Our last swim meet of the season is Tuesday, July 23rd. Please RSVP online by Sunday at noon. If you RSVP to attend, please ensure that your kids are at the meet. We have had recent issues with swimmers not showing up after RSVPing yes- which affects our coaching staff and other swimmers when we have to cancel relays or move things around last minute. If you have any requests for what your swimmers want to swim, please make those in the comments and we will do our best to make those happen for the last meet! There are also still volunteer positions that need to be filled for the meet- please sign up to help us at this last meet!

Banquet: Our end of year banquet will be held on Thursday evening, July 25th. We are working on final details for the banquet now and planning for a fun evening! We are planning to have pasta/spaghetti and salad. We are asking for a $10 donation at the door for any non-swimmers attending the event. If you are planning to attend, please RSVP online so we can prepare accurately for food and drinks!

We couldn’t have done any of it without our amazing coaching staff! If you would like to show your appreciation to the coaches by bringing cards and/or gifts, we will have large gift bags available at the banquet for you to drop those into. Our coaches love notes and cards from your swimmers! In case you need help with spelling, here is the list of our coaching staff:
