We have a lot of swimmers signed up for tomorrow night's 8 and Under Meet- Please see below for information for swimmers and anyone wanting to volunteer. 

Meet Timeline: The meet will start at 5:30pm. Please have swimmers here by 5:15pm. We will not do a warm-up, but they should be ready to swim right at 5:30pm. 

Entries: We have opened up the registration page to allow parents to pick the events they want their swimmers to swim. We will have a 100 Individual Medley, 25 free, 25 fly, 25 back and 25 breast, as well as a kickboard relay at the end. If you are able, please go online and pick the events your swimmer would prefer to swim. Swimmers can swim as many events as they would like. The coaches will finalize the entry and add events to swimmers tomorrow if you are unable to pick the events for your swimmers. We would like to have all swimmers participating in the kickboard relay. 

Volunteers: We have posted some jobs that we need volunteers for online. Older swimmers (11 and over) are welcome to help volunteer at this meet- it doesn't have to be just parents! We'd love to see our older swimmers volunteer as timers or scribes (or to have a parent/swimmer pair as timer and scribe). We have marked positions that swimmers can help with accordingly on the signup. 

Meet Theme: The meet theme is SUPERHEROES! 

Parking: The pool will be crowded tomorrow night. Please try to carpool if possible. After the parking lot fills up, there will be other parking areas available similar to a swim meet night- please remember not to park on the golf course. 

There will not be food available at the meet (the meet shouldn't last that long). Please bring water and snacks for your swimmers.
