Happy City Meet Eve! I hope everyone is getting excited about the meet this weekend. This email will be your go to guide for the meet for the whole weekend.

Time Swimmers Need to Arrive: Thursday swimmers should arrive at the pool at 1 pm for warmup at 1:20. Friday swimmers should arrive at 7:20 and be ready to get in the pool at 7:40. We only have 15 minutes for warmups on both days, so it is imperative that swimmers are ready to go.

Tent Location: Follow this link for the location of our team tent. The expectation is for the swimmers to sit under here so a coach knows where the swimmers are. Our tent location is in the same spot as previous years. 

Other Meet Info: If you are wondering about other meet-related documents they can be found on the GKAISA website. Info on this page includes timelines for every day, warmup assignments, along with psych sheets for the meet. 

T-Shirt and Parking Pass Pickup: T-Shirts can be picked up at the beginning of each day at City. Parking Passes are in the office for pickup for those who purchased them. If you are picking up a pass tomorrow please come before 9:45 or after 11:00 am. 

Updated Relays: Some relays have been changed around since our last email about city entries. Make sure you check the cork boards under the tent to see the finalized relay teams. 

Meet Themes: For Thursday and Friday, we want all of our swimmers to wear anything, Green Meadow or Green! Let's show off that GREEN spirit! We will have Championship Team swim caps for every swimmer (silicon) that we will hand out before warm-ups each morning. We love our swimmers to wear matching caps so we can see them and you can see them from the stands! 

The Senior Group always picks and dress up (very elaborately) for a fun theme on Saturday of City Meet. The Senior Group has chosen Popstars & Rockstars this year and will be dressing up in this theme on Saturday. Your swimmer is welcome to join them or wear their Green Meadow gear on Saturday!
