Happy City Meet Week! I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend and is gearing up for a big meet this weekend. 

GMST Pool Party: Just a reminder that we have our pool party tonight at Green Meadow from 6-8. 

City Meet: Thursday swimmers should arrive at the pool at 1 pm for warmup at 1:20. Friday swimmers should arrive at 7:20 and be ready to get in the pool at 7:40. We only have 15 minutes for warmups both days, so it is imperative that swimmers are ready to go. The meet theme for city is Rockstar/Popstar. 

Hospitality: GKAISA is not providing coaches with any food or drink for the weekend so we are accepting donations from team parents. These can be left at the pool up until Thursday morning. 

Practice on Thursday: We will hold a practice from 8:30-10 on Thursday 7/11 for 11 & ups. That will be the only practice that is held on Thursday. 

Team Pep Rally: We will have a pep rally on Wednesday night to get the swimmers pumped for City the next day. This will be from 6-7:30 pm. Swimmers can make posters, paint nails, and make noise makers. 9 & ups will have practice from 5:45-6:30 on that day.
