Happy Friday! We hope everyone had a great 4^th of July!

It’s hard to believe City Meet is THIS WEEK! Here is some early information on City Meet. As we find out more about our specifics, we will send them out.

10 & Under swimmers will swim on THURSDAY. Warm-ups will be announced soon, and will be between 1:00-3:00. The meet will begin on Thursday at 3:00pm and will be over around 8:00pm. As soon as we find out our warm-up times we will send them out!

11 & over swimmers will swim on FRIDAY. Warm-ups will be between 7:00am-9:00am. The meet will begin at 9:00am and will be over in the early afternoon (1:00-3:00 range likely).

Any swimmers or relays that finish in the top 16 of their event will qualify for Finals which will take place on Saturday. Warm-ups for Saturday will be between 7:00-9:00am and the meet will begin at 9:00am. Saturday is an exciting day so we want as many swimmers to qualify as possible!

Volunteers: We are required to fill volunteer shifts that are assigned by GKAISA for our team. They are based on the number of swimmers we have in the meet and generally include some clerk of course positions or timer positions. Once these are announced we will post them online for sign-ups. Please volunteer to get these filled! We will also need some tent parents on Thursday.

Meet Entries: Please see the attached document for the current meet entries. Please check it carefully for your child/children. We are not able to make any changes after Sunday, July 7^th at noon, so please check it ASAP and get back to us with any questions or changes you may have.

TNAQ Starts and Turns Clinic: Tennessee Aquatics (TNAQ) is hosting a starts and turns clinic on Tuesday, July 9^th at Allan Jones Aquatic Center. 10 and unders will be from 6:00-6:45pm and 11 and up will be from 6:45-7:30pm. The cost is $20 per athlete. If your swimmer would like to attend the clinic, please fill out the registration form (link will take you to TNAQs registration form). Starts and Turns Registration link
