Amazing job to all our swimmers at SMI this weekend. Our team did a great job of getting up to race and competing (including the coaches). We have another busy week ahead as we get closer to City Meet next weekend. 

GMST Pool Party: July 7th from 6-8 pm the GMST Board is putting on a pool party for the swim team at Green Meadow. There will be food, drinks, games, and a DJ. It should be really fun so I encourage all our families to attend. 

Village Green Meet: Tomorrow an email will go out regarding more information about the meet on Tuesday. Tuesday is picture day so swimmers will have to show up to the pool earlier than they usually would. The theme for the meet is red, white, and blue. 

CITY MEET PARKING: If you are planning to attend City Meet, Parking will be available in the garage across from Allan Jones at the cost of $10 per day.

For parents who do not want to purchase parking, parking will be available at the Metron Center lot off Kingston Pike (approximately 1 mile away). No shuttle service will be provided. There will also be other street parking on campus.

Checks ($10 per pass purchased) must be made to GMST and brought to the pool prior to City Meet. We will not give you your parking pass until you pay for it. GMST must pre-pay for your passes, so please do not sign up if you do not intend to pay GMST back for the pass. Please sign up for passes by Tuesday, July 2nd at 5 pm. We cannot add any passes after this date.

SMI Hardware: Look in your ribbon boxes after morning practice on Monday for ribbons and medals for swimmers who competed this weekend. 

July 4th: There will be no practice on Thursday for the 4th of July.
