Hi All-

We have our last dual meet of the season tomorrow night against Peninsula Club! Information below. 

Pool Address: 2222 Houser Road, Knoxville, TN 37919. The roads getting there are curvy (even though it's the middle of Knoxville) so give yourself plenty of time and drive carefully! 

Meet Theme: Green Machine! Wear all the green you've got! 

Warmups: Our warm-up will be from 4:45-5:15. The meet will begin at 5:30. Please be at the pool ready to swim no later than 4:30pm. 

Parking: There is an upper and lower parking lot available to park in. If there are no spots left in the main parking lot, please park on Neilwoods Road (across the street from the entrance to the club) but please park on ONE side of the street. There will be a police office directing traffic as well. 

Set-up:  We may set up chairs to the right as you enter the pool area underneath the pergola. We may also set up chairs along the head of the pool directly as you walk in on the tennis court side around the baby pool. The deck space is limited, however, so we will need to make it work so we can all fit! 

Food: P-Club has a great concession stand with Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, Dominos Pizza, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Drinks, and packaged items. They accept cash only- no cards. 

Volunteers: we are in serious need of many more volunteers! We have to fill all positions below before the start of the meet:

• Finish Judge- 1st and 2nd shift
• Placer- 1st and 2nd shift
• Runners- 1st and 2nd shift
• Stroke & Turn Judges- 1st and 2nd shift
• Timer- 1st shift
• Tent Parents & Relay Tent Parents

We will send the heat sheet out tomorrow prior to the meet once both teams have finalized the entries. See everyone tomorrow night and Go Green Meadow!
