City Meet will take place Thursday, July 21 through Saturday, July 23. Preliminaries for swimmers 10-Under will be held on Thursday, July 21. Warm-ups will begin at 1:00 pm, with a meet start time of 3:00 pm. Preliminaries for swimmers 11-Up will be held on Friday, July 22. Warm-ups will begin at 7:00 am, with a meet start time of 9:00 am. Finals will be held on Saturday, July 23. Warm-ups will begin at 7:00 am, with a start time of 9:00 am. Our exact warm-up times on each day will differ and will be assigned to us closer to the meet dates. 

SIGN-UP: If you plan to attend the meet, please sign up online no later than Sunday, July 10th at 4:00 so the coaches can work on the meet entry. Please include your swimmers favorite events or what they would like to swim as a comment box in the RSVP so we can ensure we try to get them in those events. We would love for every swimmer to attend this meet! 

Parking: Parking will be available in the garage across from Allan Jones at the cost of $10 per day. We are required to pre-order all parking passes for our team when we submit our meet entry on July 13th. Therefore, please have your parking pass orders submitted at this link- PARKING PASSES - no later than the morning of July 13th. 

GKAISA CITY MEET T-Shirts: Proceeds from shirts for the meet to go defray the costs for GKAISA and help fund scholarships for swimmers. T-shirts are $15. The logo for the front of the shirt is attached to this email. We are required to order shirts when we submit entries for our team .Please submit your order to us by the morning of July 13th at this link: City Meet T-Shirts

City Meet Ads: Advertising is available at City Meet to help defray the cost of the meet overall for GKAISA (our governing body). The following opportunities are available. Please contact us for more information on any of these opportunities and we can get you in touch with GKAISA. 

Promotional Banners:

Hang your team or business banner from the railing on the concession side of the Allan Jones Aquatic Center (under the scoreboard). The cost to hang your banner will be approximately $250 for all three days, depending upon your banner size. Anyone who pays to hang a banner will also receive a 1/2 page ad in the City Meet Heat Sheet.

Posters:

Spaces to hang posters in the concourse of the Allan Jones Aquatic Center will be available for purchase. We love for swimmers to do this! Cost to display a poster is $10. 

Heat Sheet Ads: Heat Sheet Ads are also available for purchase. Prices are as follows:

• 1/2 page $150.00
• Full page $250.00

Those who purchase ads for the heat sheet can add their logos to the scoreboard for an additional $50.00.
