8 and under practice sign-ups for this week: GMST Practice Sign-Ups.

Our last home meet against Fox Den is coming up this Thursday, July 7th. Please sign up no later than Tuesday, July 5th (tomorrow) at noon. Please remember to sign up to volunteer as well!

If anyone has any pictures of the season they'd like to share with us for social media, we'd love to have them! You can message us on social media with the images. 

We will be having an ice cream social on Wednesday after each morning and evening practice. Parents will be ready to serve ice cream and toppings! 

Our last meet of the season is against Peninsula Club on TUESDAY July 12. Please sign up for that meet by Sunday the 10th at 4:00pm. 

CITY MEET: City Meet is coming up soon- July 21 to 23rd. Any swimmer that has participated in 2 of our dual meets (does not include Green & White) is eligible to participate in City Meet. Entries for City Meet are due on July 13th to GKAISA and we are not able to add any swimmers after that date. Please declare your intention to attend or not attend city meet by Sunday, July 10th to give our coaches time to prepare the entry for City Meet. We'd love to have our whole team go to City Meet since it's our championship meet! Please sign up online asap!
