Happy Friday GMST! What a fun morning at field day today! We hope everyone that came had as much fun as we did. See below for upcoming announcements. 

Volunteer Training/Information Meetings: Running a successful swim meet requires over 80 volunteers. We know it can be daunting to sign up for a volunteer position without knowing what's entailed in it, so we will be hosting 2 sessions next Tuesday to discuss what each position is. Come by and ask questions and learn about volunteering. Most of the positions are easy to learn and make the meets go by much faster! Tuesday, June 7th at 11:15am and 5:30pm. 

Green & White Meet: The Green & White Meet- our interclub practice meet- is next Thursday, June 9th. If your swimmer is attending, please sign up online no later than Tuesday at noon. It takes our coaches a considerable time to ensure the meet lineup is correct, so please help them by signing up timely! This is a great first meet for anyone that wants to see what meets are like!

Coaches Lunches: Our coaches meet each Friday to discuss the prior week and plan for the next week. They also try to work on meet entries during these meetings. We'd love to have parents provide their lunch for these meetings so they can eat lunch while they meet! Please sign up for a lunch here if you're willing to provide lunch: GMST Signups

Practice Sign-Ups: Please signup for practices if your swimmer is planning to attend one of the 8 and under sessions so we can plan for the right number of coaches! GMST Signups
