As we gear up for this season, we have lots of announcements and reminders below.

T-Shirts: A reminder that T-shirt orders are due by April 24th if you want to receive your t-shirt on the first day of practice. There will be opportunity to order after April 24th as well, but to guarantee your shirt is there on the first day, order it now! https://gmst2022.itemorder.com

New Swimmer Open House: We will be hosting an open house for New Swimmers and parents with questions on Sunday, May 15th at 2:00 at Green Meadow Pool. Feel free to invite anyone that has questions about the summer or want to meet coaches and other prior to the start of the season. 

Team Suits: Our team suit this summer is the Nike Transform. You can pre-order the suit at Swim & Tri in Knoxville or we will be schedule a date for them to come size everyone as well. Feel free to order it online as well! (Team suits are not required).

Amazon Wishlist: In an effort to save operating funds for true operations, we have compiled an amazon wishlist of things we commonly purchase during the season or some things we need this year. If you're out shopping and want to pick any of these items up or want to purchase them from our wishlist, we'd love it! GMST Amazon Wishlist All gifts are tax deductible. 

Stroke & Turn Clinics: At each meet, we are required to have at least 6 certified officials from our team to run the meet, including Stroke & Turn, starter, and referee. We need more parents to volunteer to become certified to work these positions so we can ensure we can staff our meets! There will be training clinics in May and June. Officials are required to go to training and pass an open book test. Don't worry, we won't throw you into the fire without some shadowing and on the job training. View the current schedule at the attached PDF. There is one training scheduled in Maryville on June 2nd at Grace Community Church. Please let us know if you are planning to attend a training! 

If you haven't signed up for the summer, please do so over the next 6 weeks-- the sooner the better so we can plan for the summer!
