Hi All-

Even though we have a meet tomorrow, we had lots of important information we needed to share with you. Please see the earlier email sent today for information about tomorrows meet. 

Village Green Meet signup: The signups for the Village Green meet will close Friday at Midnight. The coaches will be working on the meet entry over the weekend, so we need to know if you'll be there on Tuesday! Please sign up asap! 

Donuts on Friday: Remember to bring your $1 for Donuts on Friday! 

Pictures: We will have a photographer at GM on Tuesday to take team and individual pictures before the meet. Individual pictures will start around 3:00 and be taken until the Team Picture at 4:15. The team picture will be taken right at 4:15 since warmups start at 4:30. Please be at the pool for the picture no later than 4:00 so we can get everyone lined up! Information to order pictures will be on the bulletin boards and available on picture day. 

CITY MEET UPDATE

The GKAISA Championship Meet will be held July 29-31 at the Allan Jones Aquatic Center on the University of Tennessee campus. The format will be as follows:

Thursday, July 29: Preliminaries

Morning Session: Ages 13-14

Afternoon Session: Ages 15-Up

Friday, July 30: Timed Finals

Morning Session: Ages 9-10

Afternoon Session: Ages 11-12

Saturday, July 31

Morning Session: Ages 8-Under Timed Finals

Afternoon Session: Ages 13-Up Finals

Spectators

GREAT NEWS! Spectators will be permitted in the stands at the Meet. Masks will be required for any adult who is not vaccinated and for all patrons under the age of 18.

Masks Required for Swimmers

Swimmers will be required to wear masks when entering from Clerk of Course and when exiting the pool and leaving the building, regardless of vaccination status.
