Hey GMST!! We have some information for the upcoming weeks about events and other information you need to know, so make sure you read this email in its entirety. And as always, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to let us know!

Village Green Meet

- Events will be posted onto the board this morning, so check your swimmers entries and if something looks wrong let us know!

-NOTE ABOUT ENTRIES: The entries will include both individual events and relays for this meet. Please note if your child is in a relay and plan to stay until that event (ie the freestyle relay is the last event of the meet) If you cannot stay for the relay, let us know and we can move relays around. Our kids really enjoy relays so making sure we have as many full relays as we can ensures the meet runs smoother and the kids have every chance to swim.

-Warm ups will be at 4:30 at Green Meadow Pool, so make sure you are here and ready to swim!!

-Weather is hasn't been on our side this week, but we will be having the meet until we are sure we cannot swim Thursday. Please plan on coming until you hear otherwise from us, even if it looks a little cloudy!!

Art Supply Drive

The passing of Clark Reagan is still fresh on our hearts and minds, but our community is still as strong as ever. Clark loved art and being creative, so there is an art supply drive going on to donate to schools around Alcoa and South America. There will be a box at the pool on Thursday and into next week to drop off supplies to benefit this awesome cause!

Ice Cream Party

Calling all 10 & Unders! Next Wednesday (6/26) we will have an ice cream party to come together and have some fun! We will have sign ups soon for donations (not required). Please let us know by Tuesday if you will be bringing anything so we can cover the rest!

KRC Meet Sign Ups

Make sure you sign up for our next meet on Tuesday (June 25th) against KRC. It is at home and we need as many people as we can get to swim!!

Picture Day

Team and individual pictures will be on Tuesday before the KRC meet. Individuals will take place from 3-4:15, then our team picture will be taken at 4:15. You are not required to take an individual picture, but please make sure you are here for the team photo! Wear your team shirt from this year and bring those smiles! Picture forms are on the bulletin board.
