Good morning GMST!! TODAY is our first meet and we are SO EXCITED!!! Below is some meet info to help out our new swim families, but if you have any other questions do not hesitate to ask a coach!

We will also be passing out our team caps at warm ups, so don’t worry if your child does not have a cap quite yet!

What to bring: Swimsuit, caps, goggles, towels, chairs, snacks, water, LOTS OF ENERGY!!

When you arrive:

• There will be events posted for each swimmer in the building so you know what to expect- if you’re new to meets, don’t worry! Our coaches will be working to make sure every child is in their correct heat and lane for each swim.
• 10 and Unders sit UNDER the pavilion with the team. This ensures our coaches have all the kids in one place in order to get them for their races! If you choose not to have you child sit under the pavilion, please make sure you are listening for the call of when to head to clerk of course

During the meet:

• Since it is only our team swimming, the meet will run quickly! It will be a ton of fun and a great intro into the meet format of our season

Swim and Tri will be out at the pool at 4pm today for another opportunity to grab our team suit!
