Hey GMST Families!! 

Our first week is off to a great start- everyone is meeting their coaches and we are covering the basics of freestyle and backstroke for most. The coaches have had so much fun meeting everyone and love seeing every swimmer. 

We have our first meet next Thursday (June 6th) the Green and White Meet! It is at Green Meadow. It is our inter-squad meet, so it is a great meet to introduce the way meets work to new swimmers, or provide a great refresher to anyone who needs it! 

Sign ups are open for this meet (and every meet all season!) on our website, so make sure to sign up by Friday to ensure the coaches can put each swimmer in events. We will also have our usual paper up on the bulletin board to sign up, but you only have to register in one place, not both. 

Other exciting reminder is we have our very first Fun Friday coming up on the 31st!! The theme is tie-dye, so come in all things colorful tie-dye! We will have donuts for sale ($1) and play fun games during each swimmers practice times.
