Hi GMST! Can you believe that swim team starts in ONE WEEK? Our first official practice is on Monday morning, May 27th and our regular practice schedule begins on Tuesday May 28th. 

A few items to update everyone on as we get closer to our first day!

Summer Kickoff Party-Friday, May 24th 5:00-7:00- We are partnering with Green Meadow Pool to throw a pool party to kick off the summer! Everyone is welcome to attend, and we'd love to have you bring a friend who may be interested in joining the swim team or interested in a membership to GMCC. The coaches will arrange some games and activities and we will be around to answer anyone's questions. 

Pancake Breakfast- Our annual Pancake Breakfast is next Monday, May 27th!  Breakfast will be served between 8:30am and 11am, so we encourage you to come a few minutes before your child's practice time to grab some pancakes. We will eat and socialize and then jump in for a quick practice. Anyone is invited to come eat breakfast (recommended $5 donation), so invite everyone! We are asking for donations of food, pancake batter, drinks, and paper products that can be brought to the pool prior to Monday. Sign up for donations by going to our schedule online and clicking on Pancake Breakfast.

Sign-Ups: If you or your friends haven't signed up yet- it's not too late! There's still room on the team and we're ready for the best summer yet!! Please remember that all swimmers must be signed up prior to attending their first practice (so that we have their waivers on file for insurance purposes). You can elect to pay by check or via credit card. 

Summer Pool Memberships:  We still have some summer social memberships available if you are thinking about joining the pool for the summer! 

Sponsorships: If you are interested in sponsoring the team (we are a nonprofit), we'd love to have you! Please let us know and we can get you information on sponsoring us. All amounts that we collect through sponsorships and membership dues go back into the team for your kids!
