Tomorrow is our last day of practices before CITY MEET!! Where has this summer gone?!? Morning practices are all normal, but tomorrow night at 5 we will have our pep rally for City Meet!! We will have some poster board to make awesome posters and some other fun things to get our swimmers pumped up to race!! 

The pool will be open and our swimmers will be working on our relay exchanges and take-offs before we race this weekend.
