Dear Families,

Please double check your declarations for Tuesdays make up meet at KRC. This is our biggest dual meet of the season. It is imperative the coaches know your intentions. 

Yesterday was a very stressful day for our coaches. They set the lineup on Sunday and due to our USS Swimmers having their championship meet this weekend many of them were unavailable. Coupled with that,  we had several swimmers who backed out yesterday after they had declared to swim which had our coaches scrambling to reset the lineup. This is NOT acceptable. I know there are times when extenuating circumstances apply but these did not appear to be that. Our coaches work way to hard for very little for this to continually happen. As if that weren't enough we then had swimmers  and workers not show up because of the weather last night. We were delayed an hour but we still swam. So again our coaches were resetting the line up. So please check your declaration and stick with it. Replacing workers and swimmers at the last minute is not easy on anyone.
