    registering for meets

    Hey families,

    I have heard from some families that they aren't quite sure how to register for meets and volunteering. Perfectly understandable for new families and our website is set up differently this year. 

    If you did not register online when you signed up you will need to create a user ID and password to get your account up and running. Once you have done this you can register for events. https://gmst.swimtopia.com is the web address.

    After you get logged in click on any event under upcoming events, this will take you to the events page, then you need to scroll to Peninsula Club and click. You will then see Meet Entry and Job Sign up. To enter your child select meet entry, then go below your child's name and select edit. It will show your child as undeclared, select the drop down and choose attending or not attending. Even if you are not swimming it helps to declare one way or the other, that way Evan knows you didn't just forget. Then hit save and your done. 

    After you save, it takes you back to original screen and you can sign up for jobs. Currently we still need to fill 18 shifts. If you have questions regarding a job please contact me and I can help you find something suitable. Remember, the only jobs that require certifications are starter, meet referee and stroke and turn. Everything is doable by anyone.

    Please park your kids under the shelter for the meet so they are easy to round up for events.
